Cancellation Policy

Package 1 (£300): 4 Hour 1:1 training, anatomy lessons, certificate, client-sourcing guidance, massage oil & heater, and a technique booklet. Package 2 (£270): 3 Hour 1:1 training, anatomy lessons, certificate, and technique booklet. Training Location: Unit 3, Ground Floor, Canterbury Court, Kennington Park Business Centre, 1-3 Brixton Rd, London SW9 6DE Booking & Payment: Payments are non-refundable for no-shows, but can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling allowed with 24 hours’ notice (venue fees may apply). No-shows or cancellations forfeit the booking fee. Certification & Materials: Certificates are given in person, if there is an error in spelling it will corrected and be posted to your address. Course materials and certificate provided on training day. Health & Safety: Student must disclose medical conditions. Trainer may refuse training if the student appears unfit. Student must ensure a clean and safe training space if conducted at their residence. Liability: The trainer is not responsible for any injury or loss.
